Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We have a 7-day return policy where items arrive damaged or otherwise unfit for use. We cannot accept returns or refunds based on change of mind.

To start a return, you can email us at contact@naturalgardener.com.au.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as insects, food, flowers, or plants). Where this is the case, we will work with each individual customer to reach a resolution.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or Live Products.

We reserve the right to refund or cancel orders at our discretion.
