Shipping policy

We use road freight couriers for all orders that require an actual street address rather than Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes.

Shipping is free for orders over $150 and $16 for orders under that. Public Holidays will affect shipping days. All orders are shipped as soon as possible. In most cases, orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. I’m happy for you to email if you want to rush or slow down an order, and I'll help if possible. Of course, this is subject to change occasionally.

All items purchased with Natural Gardener are aimed to be dispatched within 5 days. All of our items are shipped via registered courier and, where possible, we will provide tracking information for customers to monitor their delivery.

While we aim to ensure proper packaging for shipping, if there is damage to your items, please contact us immediately at contact@naturalgardener.com.au so we can assist.

In the event that items purchased cannot be shipped, we will contact you and aim to communicate this and make necessary adjustments to your order.

Our items are shipped via Direct Freight. While we can try to pass on and accommodate for Special Delivery Requirements for customers, we cannot guarantee that these will be followed by courier companies.
