Established Garden Beds

• Apply a thin layer across the soil surface around plants.
• Keep away from plant stems.
• Water in well and rinse leaves if needed.
• Apply every two weeks.

New Garden Beds

• Apply a thin layer across the soil surface.
• Dig in well.
• Plant and water well.

Pots and Container Gardens

• Apply a thin layer across the soil surface around plants.
• Keep away from plant stems.
• Water in well and rinse leaves if needed.
• Small pots: Sprinkle or dust with a teaspoonful.
• Medium-sized pots: Sprinkle or dust with a tablespoonful.
• Very large pots: You may need a few spoonfuls.
• Apply every two weeks.

Blending into New Potting Soil

• Use 1 cup per 20 litres of potting mix.
• Sprinkle over the mix and blend through the soil.
• Use as normal when potting up plants.

Transplanting

• Small pots: Apply half a teaspoon.
• Trees: Mix 1–2 tablespoons into the soil when planting.

Frass Tea Root Drench

• Add 2 tablespoons to a 10-litre watering can, then fill with water.
• Mix thoroughly and ideally let sit for a couple of hours.
• Drench garden soil or pots every two weeks.
